Audrey Grace offers no returns or exchanges. 

If shipping internationally, incoming duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid by Audrey Grace

Any items that are damaged after the customer has received them and worn / used them are not the responsibility of the shop and cannot be returned.


Shipping Information


Audrey Grace will ship through the United States Post Office Priority mail carrier. Delivery confirmation and tracking code will be provided to the customer upon shipment. 

Audrey Grace ships nationally and internationally. All shipment fees, duties, and taxes (for international buyers) are the responsibility of the customer. 

If the customer needs the merchandise posted express, please contact jaxybeth@gmail.com. If required, all additional shipping fees will be paid for by the customer.
